On a bright, late summer day, St Stephen’s church was open to share our wealth of history and glorious views from the top of the tower. This year we were joined by Mary and Jamie who entertained us throughout the day with music and singing creating a wonderful ambience to the day.
Many people climbed up the stone spiral staircase and the wooden ladders of the tower to take advantage of the views far and wide. As the day was clear and bright, visitors were not disappointed! On descending from the tower, there were refreshments on offer and the history of the church on display.
